What writer can learn from games, movies, TV series and other books? Well, a lot. Article divide into four pieces for each of these things.

Games have plot twists and often very interesting, you can derive from them. Let's go back to the election. Unfortunately ME they are in black and white which recognizes their realism. Well, life isn't black and white, it has hundreds, even thousands of shades of gray. What can be achieved by putting the hero in front of a choice? Eg. Twist but mainly so you can show how our hero really is. Perform cold calculation, or choose from heart? It's you decide as the author.

Videos are directly related to the books and because of it we can also learn a lot from them. If you watch a movie - preferably not the first time - consider how the director came up with an idea, why he used this, and no other place of action or why the character said what they said. Watch the moments in which you feel emotions. What moves you, what makes you anger, what it can scare you and use it. Based on the video, you can also imitate the the characters.

TV series - here is just like the movies, plus that you can also look like a hero has changed over a given time, what change him.

And finally we reached the books. Here you can get inspiration from everything: plot, characters, names, places, names, etc. I draw inspiration, not steal all elements.
